Role & responsibilities
• Infrastructure -- To select new locations for branches and responsible for short listing of properties for opening of branches, research and analysis of property in terms of realistic market price.
• Analyzing the Area, acquiring property at minimum rentals, rent negotiation with owners.
•Responsible for looking day to day general office administration, Housekeeping, and security department.
- Managing facilities in the organization including office infrastructure, security, and purchase and inventory management.
• Vendor management like negotiating the rates for various office related expenses.
• Recruiting of vendors and raising bills of vendors for their timely payment.
Maintaining the courier activities, outgoing incoming g and return courier.
- Do budgeting and Cost controlling for branches.
- Maintaining of MIS for assets record
Preferred candidate profile
• Good Understanding of operational, legal.
• Ability to manage teams from a diverse cultural background.
• Well developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 6 plus experience , which at least 2 plus years in a responsible position
