Job Description – CAD Engineer (Training Centre)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled CAD Engineer to join our training centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing course materials, and mentoring students in various CAD software tools used in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theory sessions on CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Creo, or similar tools.
• Prepare and update training materials, lesson plans, and project-based learning modules.
• Guide students through hands-on design projects and real-world applications.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and software updates in CAD and related design technologies.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course quality and student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Proficiency in at least one major CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous teaching/training experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them develop career-ready skills.
