Must-Haves to Excel:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop & end-user technical support.
  • Strong skills in Active Directory, O365, VPN setup, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with teams from English-speaking countries.
  • Great communicator with proven customer service and multitasking skills under SLAs.

What You'll Own:

  • Handle desktop, software, and network issues — from diagnosis to resolution.
  • Manage application installs, printer setups, and malware protection.
  • Support O365 and Active Directory environments with precision and accountability.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive support and ownership.

Added Edge:

  • Certifications like MCSA, AZ-900, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
  • Strong team spirit, adaptability, and a calm presence under pressure.
