Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase services, and AI-powered solutions.
- Utilize AI tools to speed up development cycles and enhance productivity.
- Implement advanced stitching methods for seamless app modules and component integration.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure app quality and stability across Android and iOS platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, mobile development, and AI-driven development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter & Dart.
- Proven track record of publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with AI tools for mobile development and ability to achieve speedy results using AI assistance.
- Hands-on experience with stitching methods for modular app building.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Vesu, Surat.
- Immediate availability to join.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Knowledge of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong grasp of clean architecture and best coding practices.
- Leadership or mentorship experience in managing small development teams.
- Interest in AI/ML-based applications (bonus, since ALGOBRAIN AI focuses on AI solutions).
