We're looking for a Senior Account Manager – Global who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and relationships.In this high-visibility role, you'll own revenue and growth for key telecom accounts across multiple regions. You'll be the face of BNG to operators — driving business expansion, ensuring delivery excellence, and unlocking new opportunities. 7-15 years of experience in account management or a related role.ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership & Growth·      Own end-to-end P&L for assigned global accounts.·      Drive quarter-on-quarter revenue growth across product portfolios (AI, VAS, Digital Engagement).·      Achieve defined KPIs — revenue, collections, product adoption, and time-to-launch.·      Develop and execute account growth plans, expanding existing relationships and identifying white-space opportunities.Relationship Management·     Build trusted partnerships with CXO and senior decision-makers across telecom operators.·      Conduct frequent onsite visits in Africa, MENA, and South East Asia for relationship development and strategic reviews.·      Serve as the primary liaison between client and internal teams (product, tech, delivery, finance).Business Development & Hunting·      Identify and secure new operator leads and partnerships across target regions.·      Develop proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to open new revenue channels.·      Leverage existing operator relationships to cross-sell and up-sell BNG's full product suite.Execution & Delivery Oversight·      Work with technical and product teams to ensure timely service launches (
