Assistant Manager - Business Loans - Underwriting 

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities- Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the assigned area.
- Credit appraisal for Business Loans & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location.
- Keeping delinquency under control.
- Ensuring compliance with policy and processes.
- Reporting of location metrics such as Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, and Deviation on a monthly basis as per prescribed format.
- Conducting market research and providing feedback for new product launches.
- Providing feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
