Solution Architect II

In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions that align with business goals and requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to map business needs to scalable solutions, ensuring best practices in architecture, integration, and system design. The position requires strong consulting skills, the ability to communicate effectively with executives, and expertise in delivering complex solutions across ERP, CRM, and billing systems. You will have the opportunity to lead workshops, validate architectures, and drive innovation while ensuring high-quality, timely solution delivery. This role provides exposure to diverse clients, complex technology landscapes, and a collaborative, high-impact work environment.

Accountabilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level solutions using a full technology stack.
• Validate proposed solution architectures to ensure alignment with stated and implied business requirements.
• Review technical team deliverables to ensure compliance with architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Create and present architecture artifacts such as ecosystem diagrams, integration flows, ERDs, business process flows, and mock-ups.
• Lead workshops, engage with clients at all levels, and translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance to project teams and clients to ensure successful implementation of complex systems.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Enterprise-level experience as a Solution Architect or Business Consultant delivering complex ERP, billing, revenue, procurement, and/or CRM solutions.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions and architect solutions while demonstrating executive presence.
• Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, system design, integration, and user interface implementation.
• Expertise in data analysis, data conversion, migration, interfaces, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with full SDLC delivery, from client workshops through design, build, test, deployment, UAT, and handover.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong accounting knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate with Finance teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a distributed, cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
