Role Overview

The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing support services, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of the office premises, including pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms, and workstations.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Handle outdoor tasks such as bank deposits, document delivery, and collection of materials when required.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine clerical work.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
  • Support staff during meetings and events with arrangements as needed.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and promptly report maintenance issues.
  • Provide general assistance to office staff and visitors to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: 10th/12th pass (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience as an Office Boy/Helper/Peon preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, photocopier, scanner).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and disciplined with a polite attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and willingness to assist wherever needed.
