About the Role:

AAFT Elearn is launching a new
Online Program in Screenwriting
and is looking for a full-time, onsite
Faculty (Screenwriting)
to join our academic team in Noida. We are seeking passionate educators who can inspire learners and bring real-world industry insights into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students enrolled in the Online Diploma in Screenwriting.
• Design engaging lectures, assignments, and assessments aligned with the course curriculum.
• Share industry knowledge, techniques, and best practices in screenwriting for film, TV, web, and emerging media platforms.
• Guide students in developing scripts, projects, and creative portfolios.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to live sessions, workshops, and industry interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's degree in Screenwriting, Film Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Prior teaching/training experience in screenwriting (preferred).
• Industry experience in writing for film, television, OTT/web series, or related formats.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
