Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Sales Manager (KAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of customer orders and sharing all offer of the company to overseas clients and make sure that they get best service in export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Management

  2. Coordinate and process export orders from receipt to final delivery.

  3. Liaise with clients to confirm order specifications and shipment details.

  4. Documentation & Compliance

  5. Prepare export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bill of lading.

  6. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

  7. Logistics Coordination

  8. Manage shipping schedules and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers.

  9. Track shipments and provide updates to clients on delivery timelines.

  10. Inventory & Quality Control

  11. Monitor stock levels to ensure the availability of export products.

  12. Coordinate quality checks to maintain product standards.

  13. Communication & Customer Service

  14. Act as the main point of contact for international clients.

  15. Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and documentation promptly.

  16. Market Research & Reporting

  17. Stay updated on international trade trends and regulations.

  18. Generate regular reports on export performance and client feedback.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export coordination or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in FMCG or related industries.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS and trade agreements.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (optional).
