About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Planning Engineer
to join our Gurgaon project team. The role involves developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for high-rise residential buildings, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline workflows and mitigate delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and master project plans.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and lead regular review meetings.
• Monitor on-site progress, identify risks, and prepare monthly delay reports.
• Forecast and track critical contracts, procurement plans, and resources.
• Utilize progress monitoring software and apps for real-time updates.
• Review construction drawings/specifications for feasibility and efficiency.
• Recommend mitigation strategies for delays and risks.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

Skills & Requirements

• Mandatory: Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) for scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning & scheduling.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, project monitoring tools).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects is essential.
