Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Backend Operations Executive to handle day-to-day office coordination, billing, documentation, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth backend functioning of the office, assist in managing operations, and support internal teams with efficiency and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and task completion.
- Handle general office administration including stationery, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Manage daily office operations ensuring discipline and efficiency.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain billing records, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with accounts for payments, reimbursements, and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, bill tracking, and record maintenance.
3. General & Backend Operations
- Support the operations team in daily tasks and follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and ensure timely servicing.
4. Coordination Support
- Coordinate between internal teams for task updates and follow-through.
- Provide backend support for production and administrative requirements.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure completion within timelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (any discipline) – no higher qualification required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office administration, backend, or operations (preferred).
- Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
