Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Project Lead located in Pune. The Hardware Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing hardware engineering, including circuit design and hardware architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting hardware-related issues to ensure project success. Electromechanical Test Fixture design for production.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hardware Development and Hardware Architecture
  • Experience in Circuit Design and Computer Hardware
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
