About the Role

As a Senior SAP CPI Integration Consultant in our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering robust, end-to-end integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with a strong focus on SuccessFactors modules. You will report to the onshore platform Integration lead and be responsible for managing offshore integration builds, resolving incidents, and designing new interfaces to support our evolving business needs.

What will your day look like?

As a lead Integration consultant, you will:

• Work closely with the onshore integration Lead to deliver the committed integration work.
• Lead and own the full lifecycle of CPI integration projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to build, testing, and deploymentprimarily focused on SuccessFactors modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring seamless operation of existing CPI integrations and rapid response to business-critical issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map SuccessFactors ODATA APIs and deliver robust, scalable integrations with ECC, EC Payroll, ServiceNow, and third-party systems.
• Manage security and compliance by handling certificate updates, key rotations, and ensuring all integrations meet enterprise standards.
• Design and develop both standard and custom iFlows, leveraging your expertise in synchronous and asynchronous interfaces.
• Participate in a support roster, proactively monitoring integration runs and driving continuous improvement in support processes.
• Innovate and influence by designing new interfaces and integration patterns based on evolving business requirements.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Must-have skills:

• 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), including at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation.
• Deep expertise in integrating SuccessFactors, ECC systems, EC Payroll, ServiceNow, and third-party platforms using Compound Employee and ODATA.
• Proven ability to create, enhance, and support both standard and custom integration flows.
• Strong experience with synchronous and asynchronous interfaces, and a wide range of adapters (SuccessFactors, SOAP, IDOC, HTTP, SFTP, RFC, JDBC, JMS, ODATA, MAIL, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Groovy scripting, message mappings, node functions, UDFs, and other CPI palette functions.
• Demonstrated excellence in support activities, including proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Good to have:

• Experience working in a global delivery model or Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.
