Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Destination Expert in Siliguri. The Destination Expert will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound travel inquiries, providing expert advice to travelers, creating personalized travel itineraries, managing booking processes, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The role involves extensive communication with clients and partners to deliver tailored holiday solutions while working closely with the product and technology teams to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in travel planning and creating personalized itineraries
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing booking processes and coordinating with travel partners
• Knowledge of travel destinations, market trends, and travel technology
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel industry (Fresher)
