Job description (Quality)

  • Instruments and Gauge handling such as Gauge Block, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, inside caliper, Height gauge, Trimos and Limit gauges.
  • Strong knowledge on GD & T and Mechanical drawing reading skills.
  • Verify the CMM report according to drawings and give approval to Production.
  • Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes.
  • Knowledge in 7QC tools, Six Sigma, SPC, PPAP, 8D Problem solving skills.
  • Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • KPI Monitoring & MRM Conducting
  • Knowledge in In process and incoming Quality
  • Knowledge in CNC, VTL, VMC, HMC Machining process knowledge.
  • Internal system, ISO, IATF Auditing & Documentations.
  • Maintain In process quality documentation.
  • Rejection and Rework product Analysis.
  • New Product PPAP Documentation
  • Monthly reviews meeting.
  • Customer Complaints corrective action & effectiveness Monitoring
  • Must be self-motivated, self-directed and enthusiastic and work as team.
  • Daily System Verification & reviews
