We are seeking a technically sound and proactive IT- Assistant/ Manager Infrastructure to oversee IT infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical skills, experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and expertise in hardware/software, CCTV systems, and cable laying. Infrastructure & Technical Support

  • Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, storage, and end-user systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, network connectivity, and application failures.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware/software assets.

Project Management & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects (e.g., office setup, data center upgrade, network redesign).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and support of IT equipment.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Ensure vendors meet SLA commitments and compliance requirements.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage software installations, licensing, and updates across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across platforms.

CCTV & Cabling

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (Analog/IP) and DVR/NVR setups.
  • Perform cable laying for network, CCTV, and telecom infrastructure (Cat6, fiber optics, coaxial).
  • Maintain documentation and labelling of cable paths and CCTV layouts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
  • Strong understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs).
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), backup systems, antivirus, and security tools.
  • Experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and monitoring systems.
  • Experience with structured cabling and cable management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
