Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, field sales experience, and the ability to meet targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and training
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
- Ensure proper reporting of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts teams
- Handle key client negotiations and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with excellent planning abilities
- Experience in field sales and team handling
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
