Role & responsibilities

Provide leadership to the facilities management team.

To ensure Horticulture maintenance in all areas Tower1,2,3,4 & Common Areas.

Understand the site operation scope and in consultations with Asset Manager develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction.

To ensure that vendors staff track the completion of the scheduled work.

To act as a single point of contact for site operation for all soft service related escalations.

To ensure all reports, checklist, documents, vendor invoices are adhered at all times.

Understand and work for weekend Activities Plan and coordinate with ground level team for execution

Checking front of the house as well back of the house daily basis.

To ensure vendor management & vendor performance management is done on monthly basis.

To ensure monthly invoicing is done on time from vendor as per agreed timelines and SLA is prepared for service performance.

Coordinate with Assest Manager /Regional Head on the goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plan, HR related issues for team.

To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the ground team as per schedules

Checking duty roasters & absenteeism.

Evaluates building and space uses and, after appropriate consultation, determines space allocations and assignments.

Checking for the pest control measurers & follow-ups with the agency.

Checking all the necessary PPEs of the staffs.

Maintaining landscaping area and carry activities as per schedule.

Resolve tenanat's queries and provide timely solution.

Plan for vendor meeting and share MOM / MMR with Asset Manager / Admin Team

Follow-up the SLA & KPI of the respective agencies.

Take quarterly basis feedfack from all tenants and work on the low scoring points.

Monitor OWC operation on daily basis

Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time

To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc)
