Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Manager Technical Product
Role Overview
Were seeking a hands-on, strategic product leader to drive our end-to-end product
portfolio. Youll lead the Technical Product team, own roadmaps, and deliver high-
impact solutions that scale EV adoption globally.
The role reports to the Head of Product for SRS.
What Youll Do:
Co-create the global product vision and strategy with product owners.
Own the full product lifecycle, including technical product roadmaps, ideation,
performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team of technical product managers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and
Operations.

Represent Shell Recharge Solutions externally at industry events and forums.
Champion data-driven, customer-centric product development.
Establish disciplined product governance and innovation practices.
What Were Looking For:

¢
Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related eld.
10+ years in product leadership, preferably in e-mobility or energy transition.
Strong consumer-oriented product leadership experience for example in
automotive, retail, ridesharing welcome.

Minimum 6+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology
environment, with a record of successfully delivering complex products
preferably SaaS products, mobility or energy tech and developing self-service
applications.

Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with software
development & engineering teams.
Proven success managing multi-market product portfolios including product
strategy, roadmaps, governance and delivery.
Proven success in delivering digital products from concept to launch in agile
environments
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
and user stories.
Experience prioritizing features and enhancements based upon business value
and technical feasibility.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams and navigating complex
product ecosystems.

Strong business acumen and technical uency.
Procient in Rally, JIRA, Conuence, and other development management tools
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic
mindset and operational rigor.
Preferred Qualications:

MBA or advanced technical/business degree preferred.
Understanding of System Architecture including integration of CPMS with EVs,
charging stations, energy grids, and backend systems. Prociency in OCPP and
OCPI protocols for interoperability.

Knowledge of API Design & Integration including RESTful APIs and webhook.
Exposure managing third-party integrations (e.g., payments, navigation, eet
systems).

Familiar with AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable deployments as well as
understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Skilled in Data & Analytics including Procient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power
BI, Tableau), dening KPIs and handling real-time data monitoring.
Knowledge and experience of Cybersecurity & Compliance standards such as
GDPR, OAuth2, encryption, and EV-specic security standards.
Experience with Mobile & Web UX including collaborating on user-friendly
interfaces for CPO dashboards, MSP apps, and admin portals.
Understanding of Energy Management Integration specically smart charging,
load balancing, and integration with DERs and V2G systems.
