Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing back-end systems, writing clean and efficient code, and implementing object-oriented programming practices. The role also involves analyzing requirements, building scalable software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures and algorithms
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Experience with a variety of Programming languages and frameworks
  • Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
