Roles & Responsibilities:

Note: Diploma in Mechanical with above 80% will only be considered.

The candidates major role is to operate HMC machine. So the candidate must follow the below duties.

  • Maintaining daily production report.
  • Maintain 5S in work area.
  • Maintain inspection reports.
  • Follow Internal procedures and Work Instruction.
  • Candidate should carry out the setting of fixture and tooling's.
  • Candidate should do the component setting for the running jobs.
  • Candidate should handle measuring instruments.
  • CIP's participation in respective location.
  • Actively engage in TPM activity.

Working conditions

Candidate should have work experience in heavy parts machining.

Carne operating knowledge is required.

Working experience Sinumerik 840 is added advantage.

Tool pre-setter knowledge in Zoller machine will be additional advantage.
