About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Boiler Engineer to join our team in Surat as we expand into boiler manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, operation, and maintenance of boilers, performing thermal calculations, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring full compliance with IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) safety standards.

You will play a key role in building and leading a skilled engineering team, implementing process improvements, and positioning our operations for efficient and safe boiler manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design and manufacturing of boilers, including detailed calculations and drawings.


• Ensure compliance with IBR safety standards and regulatory requirements.


• Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing engineering team.


• Oversee boiler operation, testing, and maintenance activities.


• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in design and manufacturing processes.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:


• 10–15 years of experience in boiler design, manufacturing, and calculations.


• Proven experience in team leadership and supervision.


• Deep knowledge of IBR rules, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.


• Relevant certifications in Boiler Engineering are a plus.


• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Surat.
