Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher (NTT) to join our CBSE school campus. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children and a deep understanding of early childhood development. The teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and caring environment for children in the KG (Kindergarten) class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities to foster early childhood development.
  • Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for KG students.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based and structured learning activities.
  • Assess and track the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents.
  • Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a collaborative and supportive school culture.
  • Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities related to early childhood education.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification or equivalent.
  • Graduation in Education or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in teaching at the KG level, preferably in a CBSE school.
  • Freshers with NTT certification and the ability to join immediately are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development.
  • Ability to create a joyful, interactive, and engaging learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
