Key Responsibilities

  1. ServiceNow Solution Implementation

  2. Design and implement ServiceNow-based service management solutions.

  3. Align business requirements with tool functionality.

  4. Prepare presentations and documentation.

  5. Transition Leadership

  6. Lead Tools Workstream during transitions (65% of role).

  7. Oversee solution implementation, manage scope changes, and ensure deliverables.
  8. Support all phases: pursuit, planning, execution, and post go-live.

  9. Handle resource planning, risk escalation, and technical decisions.

  10. Practice Development

  11. Build SI Practice ServiceNow capabilities.

  12. Support pre-sales, bid presentations, and content creation (white papers, business cases).
  13. Train team members on ServiceNow functionality.

Other Activities:

  • Staffing (5%), Project/Deliverables Management (15%), Client Interactions (15%).

Requirements

  • Technical:

  • Deep ServiceNow expertise (5+ years development/support).

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and client/server infrastructure.

  • Understanding of SNOW configurations and downstream impacts.

  • Experience:

  • 3+ years in IT leadership (team lead, PM, or service delivery).

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

  • Certifications:

  • ServiceNow accreditation preferred.

  • Education:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
