Should have good communication & presentation skills. Would be required to do employee communications, grievance handling, attendance& payroll management ,Joining formalities, Exit formalities, Maternity leaves, EDP process, Conducting Induction & orientation of new hires. Ability to foster healthy employee relationship. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations including and not limited to PF,ESI, bonus, etc Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination.
