About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Account Manager
to own and nurture client relationships, oversee recruitment delivery, and ensure exceptional hiring outcomes. This role blends
client engagement

strategic account management

delivery oversight
, making you the bridge between client expectations and our recruitment team's execution.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships, driving hiring success through proactive communication, and ensuring the delivery team meets all SLAs and quality standards. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in building trust, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand business goals, hiring needs, and culture to provide tailored talent solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Track delivery performance against agreed SLAs and address any challenges proactively.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and alignment between client requirements and recruiter execution.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain and review account health metrics, recruitment dashboards, and hiring pipelines.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal leadership.
Strategic Talent Advisory
- Advise clients on hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent availability.
- Partner with clients on workforce planning and process improvements for better outcomes.
Relationship Expansion
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership on proposals for service expansion or new project scopes.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or account management within a consultancy/hiring agency setup.
- Proven track record in
managing client relationships
and
driving recruitment delivery
. - Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable hiring strategies.
- Experience managing high-volume and diverse hiring mandates (tech & non-tech).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
