Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 12+ years of proven expertise in leading and delivering complex technology projects across Battery Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), IoT platforms, Full Stack Web applications, and Mobile App development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multi-disciplinary projects that integrate hardware, firmware, cloud, and application ecosystems within the renewable energy domain. 

The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent team coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project execution—from requirements and architecture through development, validation, deployment, and customer rollout. 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, firmware, software, IoT, full stack, mobile app) to deliver integrated energy solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of BMS & EMS integration projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and industry compliance.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Technical & Functional Leadership

• Manage integration of BMS, EMS, and IoT edge devices with cloud and application platforms.
• Coordinate the development of Full Stack applications (Web portals), dashboards, APIs, analytics modules, and reporting systems.
• Direct Mobile App development teams to deliver Android/iOS/Flutter-based applications with intuitive UI/UX and real-time data visibility.
• Ensure alignment between hardware capabilities (BMS/EMS) and software functionalities across web and mobile platforms.

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate communication between engineering teams, customers, vendors, and management.
• Capture customer requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and track implementation progress.
• Conduct project review meetings, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates.
• Support pre-sales with technical documentation, solution proposals, and customer demonstrations.

Quality, Compliance & Delivery

• Ensure compliance with energy industry standards and communication protocols (CAN, RS485, Modbus, MQTT, APIs).
• Manage testing cycles—Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, Field Testing, and Pilot Deployments.
• Oversee deployment of cloud infrastructure, application releases, OTA updates, and version control workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, and process standardization across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale hardware–software integrated projects in BMS, EMS, IoT, Energy Storage, or Renewable Energy domains.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, resource management, and delivering projects within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with hands-on experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, communication protocols (CAN, UART, RS485/Modbus, MQTT, REST APIs), and full stack/mobile app development workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with high attention to detail and experience in field testing, system validation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in managing complete product lifecycles — from concept to development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Energy Systems; PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification preferred.
