Seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects. The role requires a strong blend of technical design expertise, hands-on execution exposure, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead the complete lifecycle of data centre projects—from planning and design coordination to execution, commissioning, and final handover. The role demands deep engineering knowledge across MEP and civil systems, practical site experience, and the ability to align diverse teams including clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program strategy, planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary design reviews (mechanical/electrical/civil/ICT) ensuring constructability, compliance, and optimization.
  • Use BIM/digital tools to eliminate design clashes and improve accuracy.
  • Manage full project execution including procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to track progress, quality, safety, and adherence to design intent.
  • Handle stakeholder alignment, escalations, conflict resolution, and communication across all parties.
  • Manage vendor/OEM/contractor performance, contracts, audits, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE norms, Uptime standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Identify, mitigate, and control program risks across technical, commercial, and scheduling fronts.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 10-20 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in data centre projects.
  • Strong understanding of data centre design—power, cooling, ICT, building services; experience in BIM, 3D modelling, FAT/SAT, QA/QC.
  • Hands-on exposure to site execution, constructability, installation sequencing, and commissioning.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with high ownership and problem-solving mindset.
  • Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech); Master's preferred.
