1. Site Supervision & Execution

  • Supervise and monitor all land development works, including clearing, grading, filling, compaction, drainage, and road preparation.
  • Ensure that site work is carried out according to drawings, instructions, and safety protocols.
  • Guide and manage site laborers and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate daily activities with the site engineer and project manager.
  • Report site progress, issues, and material requirements regularly.
  • Ensure proper communication between different work teams on-site.

3. Quality & Safety Control

  • Check the quality of work and materials used at site.
  • Ensure that all safety standards and housekeeping practices are followed.
  • Identify and report potential hazards or non-conformance immediately.

4. Material & Equipment Management

  • Keep track of material usage, wastage, and stock at the site.
  • Ensure timely requisition and availability of materials and machinery.
  • Maintain proper records of equipment movement and daily utilization.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily progress logs and labor attendance sheets.
  • Submit daily site reports and updates to the site engineer.
  • Support documentation related to inspections and approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27, ₹40,000.71 per month
