We are seeking a Backend Engineer who thrives on designing scalable systems, writing clean APIs, and solving complex infrastructure challenges. You'll be responsible for building the core server-side logic that powers our platform and enables seamless experiences for end users.

You'll work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to build reliable, secure, and high-performance backend services that scale with our business.

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models.

• Own system architecture decisions and participate in long-term technical planning.

• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate front-end interfaces and ensure end-to-end feature delivery.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and security of services in production.

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.

• Implement dependency injection (DI), singleton, and scoped service patterns for efficient resource management.

• Apply design patterns such as repository and factory to promote clean architecture and separation of concerns.

• Develop and manage middleware for request processing, logging, and error handling.

• Write asynchronous and concurrent code to improve system responsiveness and throughput.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation where needed.

• Collaborate on modular service design for maintainability and scalability.
  

• 3+ years of backend development experience.

• Strong programming skills in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, , etc).

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience integrating authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, for secure API access.

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, or service-oriented systems.

• Proficiency with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and automated deployments.

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles: modularity, scalability, performance, and security.
  

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of message queues and streaming systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).

• Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSocket-based APIs.

• Experience with logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
