About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Career Coaches to join our growing team. As a Career Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their career journeys, helping them identify their career goals, develop their skills, and land their dream jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Counseling:

Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with clients to assess their career goals, skills, interests, and values.

Provide personalized guidance on career exploration, job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and networking.

Assist clients in developing their professional brand and online presence (LinkedIn, portfolio, etc.).

Help clients overcome career obstacles and build confidence in their job search.

Skill Development:

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on career development topics such as resume writing, interview skills, networking, and job search strategies.

Design and deliver customized skill development programs based on client needs.

Provide guidance on resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and networking.

Job Search Support:

Assist clients in identifying and applying for suitable job opportunities.

Provide guidance on utilizing job boards, networking platforms, and other job search resources.

Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong and trusting relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate client records and track progress.

Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on client progress.

Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of current career trends, job market information, and best practices in career coaching.

Continuously enhance coaching skills through professional development activities.
