Sales and marketing : (Automotive industry/ MBA Pursuing /Sales and marketing candidate prefers)
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and excel in performance.
2.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to foster business growth and enhance market share in the commercial vehicle segment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns and events aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving sales.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
Issue Resolution: Address customer escalations and complaints promptly and effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and enhance overall dealership performance.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights to dealership management and inform strategic decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards to uphold ethical business practices and maintain regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Willing to present our automotive sales, with a significant portion of that time spent in a managerial capacity.
In-depth understanding of Vehicles or relevant vehicle brands, including features, specifications, and competitive positioning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and leverage insights to formulate effective sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
Stipend - 10,000/-
Incentives - till 50,000 per month ( On deal Closing )
