The Role
We are looking for a
Social Media Marketing Manager
who can shape Sonal's digital voice and strengthen our online presence. This role requires creativity, consistency, and strong execution skills to tell Sonal's story across platforms while driving measurable engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage
content calendars
for Instagram (@sonal.bengaluru) and other platforms. - Create engaging content (photo, video, reels) that blends
heritage saree narratives with modern fashion storytelling
. - Plan and execute
paid ad campaigns
to grow reach and conversions. - Collaborate with
influencers, photographers, and stylists
for shoots and campaigns. - Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Coordinate with retail and brand marketing teams to align online and offline campaigns.
- Stay updated with trends in fashion, social media, and customer behavior.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in
social media management for fashion, ethnicwear, or premium retail brands
. - Proven track record of managing Instagram accounts with significant growth.
- Strong skills in
content creation, copywriting, and visual aesthetics
. - Experience with
Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and influencer collaborations
. - Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven campaigns.
- Flexible to work during weekends and festive campaign periods.
