We follow a 360-degree approach that combines advanced technology, muscle strengthening, lifestyle modification, posture correction, and nutritional guidance to address the root causes of pain and improve long-term well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments and physical examinations to diagnose various spine, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Carry out consultations, educate people on their conditions and enroll patients for the desired advanced non-surgical treatment programs.
  • Take part in video and content creation to generate awareness and improve patient flow.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
  • Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture correction, and lifestyle adjustments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and internal training programs
  • Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and research

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management or orthopedic physiotherapy
  • Strong knowledge of manual therapy, spinal decompression, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation protocols
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and patient-handling skills
  • Certification in advanced physiotherapy techniques is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
