YOUR TASKS

 7-10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in Software Engineering with expertise in AUTOSAR to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities and milestones, ensuring quality work products and deliverables, and managing a team of software engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, track, and report project activities and milestones.

Technical front ending with customer and internal stakeholders. Technical accountability of complete SW with Strong Experience on AUTOSAR BSW and SW Integration.
Monitor KPIs for quality work products and deliverables, with strong knowledge of ASPICE and quality processes.
Review process manuals, plans, and documents; conduct risk analysis and define countermeasures; track budgets and report status to management.
Support procurement, recruitment, and review of software development changes.
Manage people, including performance and talent reviews.
Identify skill gaps and initiate training for competency development in the team.
Assign tasks to the team, analyze customer change requests, logs, and scenarios.
Participate in customer meetings to present details about feature implementation, changes, and error understanding; define
problem statements, root causes, provide estimations, and recommend solutions.
Oversee the software development lifecycle, considering functional and quality aspects.
Focus on new development, change, and error analysis for requested functionality and reported changes/issues from testing and
customer teams.
Provide effort estimation based on requested changes.
Review customer and system requirement specifications in DOORS; develop a strong system and vehicle network understanding for software development projects.
Initiate platform approaches in projects to deliver to multiple customer projects.
Define and implement new concepts and improvements in projects.

Tooling Requirements:
Tools: MS Project, MS Office
Standards: ASPICE, V-model
Configuration/Change Management: Github or PTC Integrity
Requirement Management: DOORS
Programming Languages: DXL, VBA, Python
Unit Testing: Tessy/CPPU (basic)
Standards: AUTOSAR, MISRA Guidelines, V-model, ISO14229 (UDS) - Basic

Tasks/Areas of Responsibility:
Participate in customer meetings: log customer issues, coordinate with software teams, and report.
Plan, track, and report project activities and milestones.
Monitor KPIs for quality work products and deliverables, with strong knowledge of ASPICE and quality processes.
Review process manuals, plans, and documents; conduct risk analysis and define countermeasures; track budgets and report status to management.
Support procurement, recruitment, and review of software development changes.
Manage people, including performance and talent reviews.
Conduct baseline audits and align with quality and safety teams.
Ensure ASPICE compliance for system work products, including traceability and acceptance.
Interact with counterparts to understand and develop/integrate as per customer requirements.
Evaluate norms and standards results and efforts from the software domain.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

 BE/ B. Tech/ME/M. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication.
 Strong communication skills.
 Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (German language preferred).
