Job Description (JD)

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites and web applications. This role requires expertise in front-end and/or back-end development, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and responsiveness across devices. The Web Developer works closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web pages.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and security.
  • Debug, test, and fix issues across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
  • Maintain version control using Git or similar tools.

  • Website Performance & Optimization – Ensure fast-loading, secure, and responsive websites.
  • Code Quality & Maintainability – Adherence to coding standards and documentation.

  • Innovation & Continuous Learning – Implement modern tools and techniques to improve development efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
