KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an AI and Data Science Trainer in the Technology Department, you will play a pivotal

role in shaping future AI and Data professionals. You will deliver hands-on, interactive

training, mentor students through real-world projects, and prepare them for successful

industry placements. Your responsibilities will include:

Training & Content Delivery:

Deliver engaging sessions on Python Programming, APIs, Data Analysis, Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau), Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, MLOps, Model Deployment (Docker, CI/CD, MLflow), Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, LLM-based development, Agentic AI workflows, AI Engineering, AI Product Development,

and Data Engineering Fundamentals.

Conduct live coding demonstrations, practical sessions, and real-time use-case explorations.

Explain AI system design, data pipelines, and production AI workflows in a clear and accessible manner.

Curriculum & Learning Path Design:

Develop structured learning pathways for diverse AI roles, including AI Consultant, AI Developer, AI Engineer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Data Analyst, and Generative AI Engineer.

Design practical assignments, capstone projects, case studies, and hands-on lab tasks.

Create reusable frameworks, templates, and coding examples to enhance learning efficiency.

Project Mentoring & Industry Exposure:

Guide students in building industry-grade AI projects and portfolios.

Mentor on exploratory data analysis, model training, tuning, evaluation, LLM fine tuning, vector databases, RAG pipelines, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and prompt strategies.

Support students in documenting projects and building robust GitHub portfolios.

Provide insights into real-world AI adoption and industry best practices.

Career Support & Mentoring:

Conduct CV and LinkedIn review workshops.

Provide technical interview preparation, aptitude support, and mock interviews.

Mentor students on building professional AI portfolios and preparing for AI/ML roles.

Deliver career guidance and industry insights on AI job scope and future skills.

Additional:

Contribute to a collaborative and innovative training environment.

Participate in continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

Work from Chennai office for a minimum of 4 days per week, with flexibility for 1 day remote work.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, or related technology domains.

Proven track record in delivering technical training, mentoring, and curriculum development within the education sector.

Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end AI applications and deploying models in production environments.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cloud Technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure) are highly desirable.

Skills / Behaviour Attributes:

Expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Proficiency with AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face, LangGraph, n8n tools.

Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS), and prompt engineering.

Ability to simplify complex AI and data concepts for diverse learners.

Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
