   Work as Tech Lead and coordinate with other Tech Leads and Project manager to determine size, scope, impacts, risks for projects to be delivered from Pune  Analyse and implement solutions  Co -ordinate with other IT teams and represent the application in engineering and architect forums  Independently work on development tasks and actively work with development manager and BA to propose solutions  Implement tooling and automation wherever there is opportunity To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Technical  Excellent grasp on Core Java, J2EE technologies, Micro services Architecture, REST APIs  Vert.X and/or Spring Framework (Core, Batch and Integration, security modules).  Exposure to JMS, Message Oriented Middleware technologies e.g. IBM MQ, Active MQ, Solace.  Exposure to UNIX systems commands and shell scripting and python.  Hands on knowledge in DevOps tooling like Jenkins, Sonar etc, creating CICD pipelines  XML, XSL, XQuery, Parsing techniques.  Having worked on development and build tools such as Gradle, GIT, IntelliJ, Eclipses etc.  Exposure on Design Patterns and related implementation  Exposure to Caching mechanisms like Redis, MemCache, Hazelcast etc.  Exposure to Monitoring tools like Grapaha, Elastic Search, BI tools etc.  Handson in nosql DB (MongoDB) and exposure to relational DB like postgress, Oracle  Good to have knowledge of cloud native technologies.
