Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver theory and practical classes in Mechanical or Electrical engineering streams.
• Guide students in projects, industrial training, and skill-based learning.
• Develop and update course materials aligned with AICTE and Board of Technical Education guidelines.
• Participate in academic administration exams, curriculum planning, and student assessments.
• Assist in admission counselling and outreach activities to attract prospective students.
• Support institutional marketing through seminars, technical events, and community engagement.
• Mentor students and help build connections with industry for internships and placements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in the relevant engineering branch (as per AICTE norms).
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to handle labs and workshops effectively.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic about teaching, technically sound, and committed to student development.
