About The Opportunity
A growing IT Services & Software Development firm focused on building enterprise web applications and SaaS solutions for HR, finance, and operations. We deliver end-to-end, production-grade systems using modern Java back-ends and React front-ends for clients across India and global markets. This is an on-site role in India for a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot; build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Develop responsive, component-driven front-end interfaces with React and integrate them with backend services and state management.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps in Agile sprints to deliver features on schedule and uphold product quality.
  • Author unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and apply best practices for maintainable, testable code.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, profile and optimise performance (backend and database), and resolve cross-stack defects.
  • Work with DevOps to containerize applications, support CI/CD pipelines, and assist with deployments and monitoring.
