The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WiFi/Firewall).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance using various tools.
  • Manage configurations and changes on routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, PaloAlto, CheckPoint etc.).
  • Collaborate with user Team and escalate issues when needed to Management/vendors.
  • Implement network upgrades, patching, and maintain documentation.
  • Perform regular network health checks and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco/Palo Alto/Check Points network devices.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in firewall configuration, NAT, ACLs, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Wireshark, SNMP, Syslog.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes and support ticketing online.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA or CCNP certified (or equivalent practical experience).
