Spa Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Taj Rishikesh Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa setting.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of the resort.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, including massage, yoga, and wellness programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
