Job Description:

We are hiring passionate and experienced IT Recruiters to join our growing team If you have 4+ years of proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, we invite you to be part of our Recruitment Drive on 12th September 2025. looking forward for Immediate Joiners or short notice period max 1 week.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment especially in Contract to hire (C2H) staffing
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Client Handling and stakeholder Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Important Note:

  • This will be a face-to-face interview conducted at the Apexon office between 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers
