Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the school campus.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of academic and non-academic activities in coordination with Principals and Coordinators.
  • Supervise administrative staff, housekeeping, transport, and security teams.
  • Monitor campus infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for parents, staff, and vendors regarding campus operations.
  • Coordinate with Central Office for approvals, budgets, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to attendance, expenses, and campus operations.
  • Support school events, functions, and inspections to ensure seamless execution.
