Role & responsibilities :

SB Author : We are looking for SB Author, with expertise in Authoring of UPG Connectivity (ATA 46,44) for Airbus. The author should be able to independently create/revise the SB for the Airbus UPG SB connectivity domain for the aircraft program WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB.

AMM Author:

  • Author or revise Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) in compliance with Airbus Technical Specifications.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with standards such as ATA100, iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.
  • Strong experience in authoring AMM for Airbus programs: SA, LR, MB, XWB.
  • Proficiency in handling Airframe and Systems ATA chapters.
  • Hands-on expertise with Airbus tools:

IPC Author:

Creation/ Modification/Revision of Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) for Airbus SA, LR, MB and XWB (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350 and A380) programs.

  • Well aware of Airbus standards, Tools & Processes.
  • Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request.
  • Ability to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators

SRM ID Author:

  • Creation/ Modification/Revision of SRM ID (IPC) for Airbus SA, LR, MB and XWB (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350 and A380) programs.
  • Well aware of Airbus standards, Tools & Processes.
  • Hands on experience with Airbus tools such as SAP pcs module, SRM 3d ident, zamiz, airbus supply, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI and VPM

Preferred candidate profile :

  • AME/Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
  • 2-9years of experience in technical authoring within the aerospace domain.
