Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Duration: 2–6 Months
Stipend: Depends on the performance
Reporting To: HR Head / HR Executive

We are a leading provider of end-to-end surveillance and security solutions, offering both rental and permanent setups. Our projects span high-profile events and critical infrastructure, backed by a dynamic team and a focus on innovation and excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Help maintain HR databases and employee files (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate internship and training programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR team in attendance and leave tracking.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
- Assist with drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
- Participate in day-to-day administrative tasks and other projects as assigned.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5, ₹11,444.94 per month
