The Services Digitization organization within Client Services is dedicated to automating business processes and making client interactions with Visa straightforward, intuitive and rewarding through the design, development, and delivery of enhanced digital experiences. As a member of Client Implementation team within Services Digitization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the process automation and digitization of product configuration processes for Visa's clients.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product management of high-impact client implementation automation & AI tooling. This role is central to driving the product roadmap, technical solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and execution leader with deep product management experience, technical fluency, and a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges. They will be responsible for shaping the future of our platforms, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experience, operational efficiency, and seamless integration with other Visa systems.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications- 7 or more years of relevant work experience with any degree
- Proven experience managing complex software & automation solutions
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand backend systems, APIs, and data architecture and quickly learn about technical systems
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way
- Strategic mindset with systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of payment systems (e.g. card networks, ACH) and banking
- Strong program management & project management skills to lead complex multi-team and multi-dependency initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results in complex, multi-dependency environments, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and any risks to the project are called out early.
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Process management background is a plus
- Prior knowledge & experience with Agentic AI is a plus
