Job Description:
What You will do:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Handle client inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the project
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and client interaction.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the company achieves the best value in terms of cost, quality, and service.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude with a proactive and result-oriented approach
