Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall sales and marketing strategies. This role is perfect for freshers who are passionate about communication, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Calling: Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Client Interactions: Understand client requirements, provide product/service details, and ensure a smooth business relationship.
  • Quotation Generation: Prepare and send quotes/proposals as per client needs in coordination with the management team.
  • Client Visits & Travel: Attend client meetings, events, and exhibitions to promote company services and build partnerships.
  • Sales Closure: Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deal closure to meet sales targets.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly business development goals and performance metrics.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and follow-up reports systematically.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  • New Business Development: Research new markets, business ideas, and innovative approaches to expand company reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM usage is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
